My name, Sonali, means ‘gold’ or ‘golden’, and symbolizes positivity, radiance and strength.
I embarked on my professional journey as an electrical engineer. However, I soon realized that while math was intriguing, my true passion lay in connecting with individuals at a deeper level. With this realization, I pivoted to counseling, where I worked with diverse individuals, helping them navigate various challenges. After taking a break to prioritize family, I explored various roles, from an investor to a math tutor and even an art curator. It was during this phase that I sought guidance from a professional coach, a decision that changed my life.
I am now a career & leadership coach and the co-founder of an executive search firm based in Singapore.

Golden Threads of Growth:

Born with a name which means “gold” & “golden,” I embraced optimism, strength & perseverance. Raised in a family of doctors, values of authenticity, altruism, academics, hard work, and relationships became my guiding principles.
Career Evolution:
From an electrical engineer to a counselor, I found joy in connecting with individuals on a deeper level. A break led me to diverse roles—a math tutor, art curator, and investor. Coaching became my compass, guiding me through entrepreneurship and the realization that coaching is my true calling.
Passion for Growth:
Rooted in values inherited from my parents, I invest in relationships, community, and personal growth. As a coach, I help individuals become the best version of themselves, guiding them to success with consistency, commitment, and courage.
Beliefs & Approach:
I believe people are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole. I challenge and push my clients to achieve their goals, breaking away from self-limiting beliefs. A lifelong learner, I emphasize the power of self-awareness and the transformative nature of growth.
Routine & Philosophy:
In good times and tough, my constants include meditation, yoga, journaling, gratitude expression, continuous learning, and facing fears. I believe in the power of growth and the impact of choices on life’s journey.

Utilizing psychodynamic and psychoanalytic concepts, my coaching aims to make the unconscious conscious. Clients seek guidance for career transitions, work-life balance, leadership development, and life purpose discovery. Change, I understand, takes time—a process of shedding old patterns for new beginnings.
